The country house at One Ash is used as a private property and is therefore not available for access or photos.
  • What facilities are available at One Ash?
One Ash provides secluded lawns and grounds for a marquee wedding. It is entirely secure, protected by an electronic entrance gate. The car park is available for guests and holds up to 100 vehicles, accessed by a tarmac driveway. The lawns are well maintained throughout the year and are flat, providing the perfect marquee space. There is also a flagpole on the grounds, which many couples choose to use to fly a special flag from. There is a small water supply to the bowling green lawn, where most couples choose to have their marquee. Marquee suppliers will provide generators to provide electricity. Toilets are not accessible on site, but again suppliers can provide this.

  • How do couples book a wedding at One Ash?
We recommend booking your wedding as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We are currently taking bookings for 2022, 2023 and beyond. We also have some dates for late 2021. Booking your wedding at One Ash is simple; once we have confirmed your booking we will send you a booking form to complete and will ask you to pay a holding deposit on your booking. Please contact Emanda on 07926 129829 or email for a form or to book your viewing of our beautiful grounds.
  • What if our wedding is affected by Covid-19?
We understand that couples need flexibility whilst planning a wedding during the pandemic. We aim to be flexible supporting couples who might need to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic. If weddings are not allowed due to Government legislation then a refund will be given or rebooking allowed at no additional costs.
  • What support will couples have during our wedding at One Ash?
Many couples want a completely blank canvas to create a wedding day that is bespoke and personal to them, and that is exactly what we offer at One Ash. We do not have any restrictions on suppliers; couples are welcome to work with whoever they choose. We will be here to answer your questions in the run-up to your wedding and will provide security on the night of your wedding. Aside from this, you have the freedom and flexibility to design your own wedding day. We are working with some exciting suppliers for those that would like more of a package so hopefully will have more information on these shortly. Please let me know if you would like to receive these. There are also so great wedding planners locally that we can help you connect with.
